Play Off of the International Men’s Qualifying Tournament between Ireland & Turkey will be played on 17^th Nov, 2006 at 8.00pm in E.S.B.Sportsco, Ringsend, Dublin 4. Mike Strode (Eng) & Andy Seward (Eng) have been appointed umpires of the match. Both Mick & Andy are members of the English Table Tennis Association, and holders of the Blue Badge status, the highest umpiring status of the International Table Tennis Federation.

There are four countries playing off for 3 positions in the Challenge division of the European Championships in 2007: Ireland Vs Turkey & Scotland Vs Latvia. The winners qualify to play in the Challenge Division and the losers playoff on a home & away basis for the final position in the Challenge Division.
